Incomlng resources Total incoming resources for the year were £24,875 12022.. £18.026). The charity continues to be thankful for peoples, wonderful efforts and generosity. Total resources expenses Total resour￿$ expended were £46.585 {2022.' £40,115) for the year ended 30 September 2023. It must be noted that induded in expenses is depreciation of the building amounting to £21,54712022. £21.5471. Balance sheet Nel funds are positsve at £123.493 {2022.' £145,203) as at 30 September 2023. Reserves policy The charitys policy is to maintain a level of free reserves which meets the needs of the Company both at the current time and for the foreseeable future. Free reserves are its total funds excluding restncted funds, and designated funds. The Company had £14,593 12022.. £14,438) free reserves at 30 September 2023. Futuro developments The charity remains true to its founding principles 'lo promote the benefit of the community of the Tullysaran area". It is hoped that a Youth Club wll be set up in the near fvture. STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT Governing document The Charity is controlled by its goveming docurnent, a deed of trust, and constitutes limited company, limited by guarantee, as defined by the Companies Act 2006.

Charities legislation requires the Trustees to prepare ffinanual ststements for each financial year. Under Charib-es legislats'on the Trustees must not approve the financial statements unless they are satisfied they give a true and fair view of the stste of affairs of the charity and of the incoming resources induding the r￿ipts and payments, of the charity for that year.
