The charitable trust constituted by this deed (the oh8rity) and its property (the Trust Fund) shall be administered and managed by the trustees under the name of Granaghan Outreach Charilable Trust or by such other name as the trustees fmm time to time deoid¢. There 15 no r¢muneration of any nature made to the Tnle¢s. Board of Trustees The Trust is managed by a Board of Trustees which meets on a regular basis and is chaired by Miss. Maeve Quinn. The appointment of new Trustees is made by a resolution to th¢ existing TnteeS passed al a sp¢¢ial meeting. Administration The administration of the Trust is undertaken by the Treasurer. Achievernent and performance During the year the Charity continued to fund trusted missionaries with their work. Flnancial revlew During the year Granaghan Outreach has continued to raise funds through various collections and donations. The Chartty made a surplus of £10,835. Thi$ is shown in the Statement of Receipts and Paymenls Account on page 5.
