The Granaghan Outreach Charitable Trust Was ¢5tablished in 2007 and was set up by way of a Trust Deed dated
5th Ndarch 2007. The charitable trust constituted by this deed (the oh8rity) and its property (the Trust Fund) shall be
administered and managed by the trustees under the name of Granaghan Outreach Charilable Trust or by such other
name as the trustees fmm time to time deoid¢. There 15 no r¢muneration of any nature made to the Tn￿le¢s.
Board of Trustees
The Trust is managed by a Board of Trustees which meets on a regular basis and is chaired by Miss. Maeve Quinn.
The appointment of new Trustees is made by a resolution to th¢ existing Tn￿teeS passed al a sp¢¢ial meeting.
Administration
The administration of the Trust is undertaken by the Treasurer. Paul Ward, Important deoisions are carried out
only with the approval of the Board of Trustee5.
ObJeetives and activitie5
The objects of the tNst arc ¢x¢lusively charitable being the promotion and provi5i0n of educational, social. vocational,
cultural and recreational facilities and relief of poverty for the communities at home and abroad wELere these objects
provid¢ relief and are needed.

Achievernent and performance
During the year the Charity continued to fund trusted missionaries with their work.
Flnancial revlew
During the year Granaghan Outreach has continued to raise funds through various collections and donations.
The Chartty made a surplus of £10,835. Thi$ is shown in the Statement of Receipts and Paymenls Account on page 5.
