Th¢ cliaritable trnsl constituted by this deed (the charity) and its property (the Trust Fund) 51iall b¢ administered and managed by tlie trnsiees under the name of Grdnaghan Outreach Charitable Trust or by such other name as the trustees from time to lime decide. Th is no remuneration of any nature made to the Trustees. Board of Trustees The Trust us managed by a Board of Trustees which meets on a regular basis aiid is chaired by Mr Pat Mullan. The appointmeiit of iiew Trustees is made by a resolution to the existing Trustees passed at a special Ineeting. Adminislration The administration of the Trust is undertaken by the Treasurer.
