social. vocational, cultural and recreational facilities. and relief of poverty for the communilies ai
home and abroad where ihese obj¢cts provide relief and are needed.
The trust is recognised as having a charitable statu5 by the Inland Revenue, ref¢r¢nce number
XT5466.

Structure, Goverllance and Management
I'lie Grallaghan Outreach Charitsble Trust was ¢stsblished 1112007 and was set up by way of a Trnst
Deed dat¢d 5 March 2007. Th¢ cliaritable trnsl constituted by this deed (the charity) and its property
(the Trust Fund) 51iall b¢ administered and managed by tlie trnsiees under the name of Grdnaghan
Outreach Charitable Trust or by such other name as the trustees from time to lime decide. Th￿ is no
remuneration of any nature made to the Trustees.
Board of Trustees
The Trust us managed by a Board of Trustees which meets on a regular basis aiid is chaired by Mr Pat
Mullan.
The appointmeiit of iiew Trustees is made by a resolution to the existing Trustees passed at a special
Ineeting.
Adminislration
The administration of the Trust is undertaken by the Treasurer. Francess Glass. Important decisions
Are carried out only with the approval of the Board of Trust¢es.

Achlevements and Performance
During the y¢ar the T￿st continued to fitnd tnjsied missionaries with their work.
