We are open from 3.30pm to 8pm {Tue to Friday) & 9am 10 2pm on Saturday. We run 6 different classeb that cater for the following groups.. l. Parent & Baby- 0-3yrs 2. Preschool- 3-4yrs 3. Junior- 5-6yrs 4. Minor- 7-9yrs 5. Senior IOyr.8+ 6. Adults 16+ For groups 2-6 we cater for both recreational and developmentslcompetitive levels We also deliver as follows: A. Coach Education PrograTnme (Regular In-ho*t mentoring programme with high qualified coaches mentoring the younger coaches & volunteers. a% well as employing high perf0mnce coaches for everyone i.e. staff, volunteers, parents & the gymnasts themselves.
