Reserves Policy
Twisters G5qnnastics does not have a reserve policy at present .The board of managemet]t intend to r￿leW this policy in
the coming year.

The principal activity of the compaiiy LS the advancement of the Olynpic sport of Gymnastics through the prornotion of
cotnmunity participation in healthy recreation, utilizing all manner of gymnastic equipment provided by the company for
the benefIt of the participants within the area of benefjt.
Twislerq Gymnasiics Limited ha8 been e8tablished now ft)T 9 years and we are situated in Unit I Ik in Pennyburn
Indusiyial Eqtate, Derry. We are open from 3.30pm to 8pm {Tue to Friday) & 9am 10 2pm on Saturday. We run 6
different classeb that cater for the following groups..
l. Parent & Baby- 0-3yrs
2. Preschool- 3-4yrs
3. Junior- 5-6yrs
4. Minor- 7-9yrs
5. Senior IOyr.8+
6. Adults 16+
For groups 2-6 we cater for both recreational and developmentslcompetitive levels
We also deliver as follows:
A. Coach Education PrograTnme (Regular In-ho￿*t mentoring programme with high qualified coaches mentoring the
younger coaches & volunteers. a% well as employing high perf0m￿nce coaches for everyone i.e. staff, volunteers,
parents & the gymnasts themselves.
B. Exchange Programmes- Over the year8 we have developed link5 Wlth clllbs from Italy. Switzerland, Wales. Londo
Man¢he4ter & Canada.
C. Hosting Fatnilies for the Maiden City Cup Competition & H08ting abroad for inte]Mational competitlOll8
D. Volunteer Programme
Educate volunteer8 to Coaching Level l & 2. Award Scheme Coach programme and
