UMA'sand skÉll builder& At Thinking Day as usual we celebrated the diversity of Guiding and our unit attended a Thinking Day event We completed crnfts throughout the year and the girls love cooking and bakin& this vras not possible in the iEisure Centre, we were denied use of the kitchen and even of the microwave. We have IiEllited stordge space so we have been ushng up some of accumulated craft aterials. The unit has girls with various challenges. one child in a wheelchair. one on the aulistic spectrum, so we adapt acttvities to include everyone as much as possible. The girls attended the Crumlin Royal British iEg]on Remembrance Parade and laid a wreath. As usual we had a BBQon the lastdayofthe sumtner se55ions, burgers. toasted marshmallows and ofcourse 51lloTes. Christmas crafts and party enjoyed by all.
