Underthe congre8ation's governlng document, The Code, the book of the constitution and govefnment of the Pre5byteri3n Church in Ireland. the KlrkSe5slon seeks to watch over and promote the spirltual Interest of the congregation and of person5 not connected with any congregation who are wlthln Its bounds. It ensures pastoral care15 in place in the Cong￿&ation and seeks to further the contributlon of the Church to Chrlstian witness and service in the local commurtity. The Kirk Session has delegated tts its Congregational Commlttee the temporal affalrs of the congregation Includlng administering all funds and property belon8ing to the congregatlon. Members of the Klrk Sesslon are ex.officio members of the Congre8ational Committee. The Klrk Sèsslon consists of the ordalned mlnister and the rulln8 elders of the congregations. All members are entitled to propose. speaL and exerc15e equal votes at rneetings, except that the Moderator, the mlnlstefs In active duty in the congregatlon, has no deliberative but only a castin8 Vote. Stated meetlngs of the Kirk session are held at least twice in each year. To be chosen for the offlce of the eldershlp in the con8reeatlon a person must be a voting member and a regular attendant on its ordlnances. AcnvinES AND OBJECTIVES The congregatlon meets for worship every Sunday and visitors are welcome to join. The S3cramÈnt of the Lords Supper Is observed on Several occaslons during the year and all those who have been baptlsed and who have made a professlon of falth In the Lord Jesus Christ are admltted to the Lords Supper. The con8fegation holds regular bible study meetings and has a wide range of organlsatlons includlng Sunday School Vouth Fellowship Boys, Brlgade Girls, 8rlgade Bowling Club Badminton Club Presbyterlan Women Men'5 Meeting ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE Worshlp and prayer The ¢ongregation normally meets for worshlp each Sunday at 12.00 noon Jnd 7,00 p,m. Durlng the week the 8ible Study provldes an opportunlty for members to meet together for feltowshlp. to study the scrlptures and for a time of prayer. As well as our re8ular servlces durin8 the yeai we acknowledged God5 glft of new life at two Sacraments of Baptism, we conducted four marrlage services and gave thanks for faithful servlces and sought to comfort those who had been bereaved durlng the year. At 31 December 2022 there were 270 communicant members and 330 families connected wlth the congregation. The average weekly attendance at mornlng worshlp Is 300. Pastoral care Members of the congregation who are unalAe to attend cl)urch due to 5Kkness or age are vlsited on a regular basls by the mlnlster, elders or by one of the con8re8atlon's pastoral visitor& Mlsslon and outreath At a local level the congregation reaches out into the communlty through the varlous church organisations, specific outreach events and the lived-out Ilves of the members. The con8re8atlon supports the United Appeal foi Mission which Is a central fund of the Presbyterlart Church In Ireland. This fund enables congregations to support the wlder mission of the denomination and to do mlsslon and outreach on denomlnatlonal basis beyond whatthe congregatlon could (h) on its own. The United Appeal Fund provides financlal support for mls51on personnel at home and overseas, a55iSt5 congregations with the deploymentof locally based staff, enablès chuich plantin8, provide5 grant support for the upkeep of church premises. assist with the running costs of Unlon Theological College, the Church'5 training college for minlstry students, and financially supports congregatlon in the area5 of worshlp. discipleship. global mission, outreach, leadership and pastoral care.

Thls meeting takes place In June. Property There were no major repalrs or refurbishment projects during the year. Organisatlons Sunday School normally meets on Sunday morn7￿$. Appfoxlmately 70 children attend for Blble teaching and worshlp. Youth Fellowshlp meets on Sunday evenings. Approxlmately 20 teenagers attend for Bible tea¢hln& fellowship, and worshlp, Boy5, BrLqade meet5 on Thursday and Frlday evenin8s. Approxlmately 90 children and teena8ers attend for sports, activities nd Blble teaching. Glrls. Brigade meets on Tuesday evenlngs. Approximately 90 chlldren and teenagers attend for crafts, actfvltles, and Bible teachin8. Chlldren's Church meets on Sunday mornin85. Approxlmately 20 children attend for Blble teaching. Presbyterlan Women meets monthly on Thursday evenings. Approxlmately 40 women attend for Blble teachlng. fellowshlp, and worshlp.
