Under the congregatlon's governin8 document, The Code, the book of the constttution and government of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland, the Klrk Session seeks to watch over and promote the spiritual interest of the congregation and of persons not connetted with any Cong￿gatIOn who are within Its bounds. It ensures pastoral care is in place in the con8regation and seeks to further the contributlon of the Church to Chrlstian wltness and service Sn the local community- The Kirk Session has delegated to its Con8regatlonal Commlttee the temporal affalrs of the coneregation Including administerlng all fundsand property belorbging to the congregation. Members of the Klrk Sesslon are ex-officio members of the Congregatlonal Commlttee. The Kirk Session conslsts of the ordalned min¢ster and the rullng elders of the con8regatlons. All members are entitled to propose, speak, and exercise equal votes at rneetlngs. except that the Moderator, the ministers In active duty in the congre8ation. has no dellberative but onty a castin8 Vote. From July to December the Evening Servke at 6-15prn was unlted with Flrst Aho8hill and Trlnlty and rotated around the three church bulldin85. During the week. the Midweek Bible Study Pfovides an opportunlty for members to meet toeether for fellowshlp, to study the scriptures and for a time of prayer. The sacrament of the Lord'5 Supper was ObSep￿d in January* May. and September. No marriage seryices were conducted. BLbt 12 funeral services were conducted. At 31 December 2022 there were 189 commun￿ant members and 245 families connected with the congregation. The average weekly attendance at morning worship was approximately 170. The averago evening servlce attendance was approximately 90 untll June and then 150 with the joint serv￿.

The congregation supports the Unlted Appeal for Mission which is a central fund of the Presbyterlan Church in Ireland. This fund enables congie8ations to support the wider mlssion of the denomination and to do mlsslon and outreach on a denomlnational basis beyond what the congregation could do on its own. There were 23 children on the roll In 2022 with an average attendance of 18. Bible Class- met on Sunday at 10'.15am for teachlng for youn8 people aged 13 and over with an average attendance of 12. Good News Club- children left during services for Inter-active teachlng. Average attendance in 2022 was 6. Vouth Fellow5hip- meets on Sunday evenings after the evening seTrice for young people of secondary school age and older. They meet for praise, Bible Studies. listen to speakers and chat. Average attendance In 2022 was approximately 30 young people. Youth Club- met on Saturday nights from 7.00- 9-OOprn for young people of secondary school age. There were 25 young people on the roll in 2022 wlth an average attendance of 12. Pafents and Toddlers - met on Friday momlngs from IO=OOam to 11:30am. There were on avera8e of 30 adults and 40 children.

GB is for girls aged 3-18 and is divided into four sectlons dependlng on age called Explorers. Company. and Brigader Sectlons. In 2022. there were 81 girls on the roll with an average attendance of 67. The majority of these girls do not belong to arookside church. 6oys' Brlgade - Is for boy5 aged 4-18 and has three sections Anchor Boys. Junior. and Company SÈttion. The Anchor Boys meet on Monday nights and the Junior and Company Sections on Friday nights. The number of boys on the roll from when the BB recommenced In September 2021 were 5 Anchor Boys, 12 Juniors and 15 In the Company Section. Presbyterlan Women- met once a month to allow womer) to meet together, for soclal en8a8ement and to Ilsten to speakers. The average attendance In 2022 was 42. Women's Prayer MeetlnE- takes place once a month on Thursday nights and glves an opportunlty for women to teach God's word to other women and to play for the need5 of the congregatlon. community, and missionaries. The elders share God's word before a time of prayer focuslng partlcularly on the needs of men in our congregatlon and community. The average attendance in 2022 was 18. Choir- met to lead the pralse on Sundays and provide anthems at Easter, HaNe5t and Christmas. Pralse Group conslsts of musicians and sln8ers who help lead the pralse once a month wlth a focus on partlcularly contempofary praise. 8rook Café- met on the first Thursday of the month to seNe food. have a tlme of conversatlon and Bible teaching.
