Bernie told group she had been speaking to a lady from the Charity Commission and she had been told that we hadn't held a AGM since 2019. The reason why had to be noted. The reason was the group hadn't been meeting because of covid-19 and tonight's AGM was the first since starting back. ELECTIVE MEMBERS STAND DOWN ELECTION OF NEW ELECTIVE COMMIThEE MEMBERS The committee was elected as was with no other candidates for positions.
