CHAIRPERSONS UPDATE
Group activities since starting back after the covid-19 closure. Members were thanked for
their continued support.

Bernie presented a draft copy of 2022-23 accounts for the groups approval.

Bernie told group she had been speaking to a lady from the Charity Commission and she had
been told that we hadn't held a AGM since 2019. The reason why had to be noted. The
reason was the group hadn't been meeting because of covid-19 and tonight's AGM was the
first since starting back.

Cathal suggested that to raise groups profile we should organise an evening with the local
community involved. It was agreed this should happen before Christmas.
It was also a8reed that the weekly fees should be increased to £3.00 this was agreed by all.
