Structurey governance and managemeDt Governing document The Charity is controlled by its governing document, a deed of trust and constitutes an unincorporated charitv. Induclion & trainin¥ of new trusrees All new trustees are given, in the view of the board, sufticient training and have enough knowledge of their specific field to understand the nature of the charity and fully comply with the charities current views of its progression. Organisalional siructhre The Board of Trustees is responsible for the running of the organisation and guides the strategFIC direction ot. it. They meet regularly on a formal basis to discuss the activities of the organisation. They delegate the day to day managyement of the organisation to their manager. Risk Management The trustees have a duty to identify and review the risks to which the charity is exposed and to ensure appropriate controls are in place to provide a reasonable assurance against fraud and error.
