We do this by providing them with a professional platform. In the year 2023 we supported 3 new plays, reaching over 6000 audience members, played at 18 venues nationwide, and employed over 40 artists. Partiapalion Brassneck Youth young training programme provides a platform for children and young people aged 4-18yr5 to participate in quality, affordable perfoTrning arts training. We engaged with over 90 chlldren and young people aged 4- 18 in the year 2023. We collaborated with variou5 youth and art5 on creating work addressing issues around mental ill health and the promotion of positive mental health. We created opportunities lor our member5 to audition for professional theatre, Film and TV, and as a result 7 of our members were engaged in professional contracts in 2023. Our members supported local arts festivals and organi¥ations in the dellvery of their arts programmes by parb'cipaling arKI performing. Bra55neck Youth members worked with over 20 8ddilional professional artists developirrfj skills in many disciplines over the year. We benefited greatly from the addition of new volunteers to our programmes thig year. Throughout 2023 we worked on 3 productions and worked with over 40 differant artlsts.
