TRUSTEE ANNUAL REPORT – 2022/2023
Dungiven Regeneration Club (DRC) based at 136A Main Street Dungiven deliver a range of services to the local community.
Our services include :

Arts & Crats workshops which are financially and geographically accessible

Support local Crafters by offering our Craft shop to exhibit and sell their crafts.

Drop-in facilities for Craft and Social development

Social events for seniors & fortnightly luncheon clubs

We started a Community Garden, installed a polytunnel, carried out grounds work and secure fencing. Created planting areas and offer a weekly programme for groups to come together. This project has doubled our volunteer numbers.
DRC received funding from:
Causeway Coast and Glens, Community Foundation NI, COAST, Halifax, Comic Relief Older Peoples Fund, Awards for All, Arts Council Ni, Linking Generations, PHA.
Funding provided enabled DRC organise and deliver a range of Arts & Crafts workshop.
We had identified an increased need within the community for Health and Well-Being programmes. Funding awarded through the PHA enable DRC to deliver workshops focussed on strengthening Mental health and WellBeing.
We continue to facilitate The Community Fridge from our shop which is available 4 days per week.
