To advance the well-being of beneficiaries by the provision of a safe environment and an awareness of personal, mental, and physical welbeIng. Reserves Policy Our target minimum Operating Reserve Fund is equal to three months of average operating costs to ensure the financial stability and continued provision of ongoing operations and programmes. The Operating Reserve sep4es a dynamic role and will be reviewed and adjusted in response to internal and external changes. The Opefating Reserve Fund will be funded with surplus unrestricted operating funds. Restricted reserves will be used as eIle in the funders contract.
