Their programme included playing games, crafts, challenge nights, Christmas Party, visiting Santa at Lorne, exploring Look, Learn and Love. No harm flowed from the Charities purposes and that there was no private benefit. A statement that the Trustees have had regard to the Commission's Publlc Benefit requirement Charity Trustees are legally obliged to have regard to this guidance.
