The investments which are held in RC8 Unit Trusts have remained steady and offer a good return. Income f rom Land Lettings has gone up slightly f rom 2022. As in the previous year regular outgoings have been kept as well under control as is possible. but these have been subject to inf lationary pressures. Signif icant 'one off. expenditure of £14,086 for Rectory upkeep and repairs, alongside an increase in the Diocesan Assessment due to having f ull time clergy for the year 2023 account for the bulk of the def icit.
