This will In.clude Its pvrpo$es, activities, achlevements, beneficlarles, etc, Sunday Worshlp Sunday Servlces at 9,30am. 11gm and at 7pm for special occasions throughout the year. This included a range of different types of seryices such as Holy Communion, Fgmily Serylces, Baptism Service5, Morning Prayer, Healin8 Services, Weddlngs and Funerals, with special Pralse SeNices In September and December. Our 'Church Mirx, Sroup of pre-school 48e children recommenced durins the year and a Small number avall of this each Sunday as requlred. Our Sunday School and 'Junlor Class, meet each week around 20-25 chlldren, Our Weekly Activities meet the needs of g wide ronge of qges ond people In the parlsh and community. Mothers Unlon- A 8roup of ladies that promotes and supports famlly Ilfe at home and abroad. Badmlntan aub & Bowlln8 Club- Both are open to the whole community and for all ages. Frfendshlp Gruup & Monthly Soup lunch- For the more senior mem.bers of the communlty. Knlt and Natter- Craft group began to encourage and leam from each other In different crafts. Our Annual BBQ was tsken up with the Klng's Coronation Celebrations at the be8lnnlng of May, and thls was open to all of the community to corne along and join in our special sepiice and lunch. Now Church Organ Proiert- M?.nv events were held durin8 the year to help raise funds for a new church organ. Th.e old organ has not been workjng slnce before the pandemic and the church aDd wider cornmunlty have got together to raise funds and 5UPPOrt this effort In events such a5 8lg Breakfasts, Pra15e and Pudding evenSng, Recto¢s Sit-out, Mullavilly Mementoes and Christmas Cards, Afternoon Teas, Qulz sheets, Guess the number of sweets, Tractor plou8hin81 to name but a few. The Church Nall is a vital asset to the Parish and wlder com.munity to enable outreach to take place. Recruitment and Appointment of Selert Vestry (TNstee5) All members of the Church of Ireland who are over the age of 18 and are elther resident within the Parlsh or Ilve elsewhere but have been accustomed member5 of the congregation for a least three months, may re8iSter as members of the general vestry of the Parish, allowin8 them to attend and vote at meetinBS of the 8eneral vestry nd to startd for @lection to the Select Vestry. Meetings of the general vestry are held at least once a year. The Select Vestryls elected as part of this General Vestry m.eeting. The Select Vestry wlll hold their positions for a period of one year. Select Vestry members may be re-elected annually and there is no limit on the number of terms whSch m.ay be served,

Qr£anlsation81 Structure The Select Vestry Is respon51ble for the day-to-day management of the Parlsh. The Selert Vestry conslsts of the member of the clergy serv5n8 in the Parish. the churchwardens, the glebe wardens and generally no more than twelve other members of the general vestry are elected at the General Vestry. The Select Vestry is chalred by the incvmbent or other member of the cler8y officlatln8 in the Parish, Sele Vestry members are responslble for makin8 decisions on mattsrs of Beneral concern and Importance to the Parish Includln8 decisions around h.ow Parish fun.d5 are to be a.pplied. The Select Vestry mee15 at times fixed by the members or by the Di0$8n Synod. Special meetings may be convened at any time by the chairperson or the churchwardens.
