Trustees, Annual Report for the year ended S Aprll 2023 The Trustee5 present their Annual Report and Statements of Receipts and Payments and Assets and Liabilities for the year ended 5 Aprll 2023. Objectlves and Attivltles The Trustees are responsible for all the asset5 of the Trust Fund and the administration of Trustee meetings. The Charity makes financial donations to chosen recipient charlties which are active in delivering practical aid and provision to needy situations. A Memorandum of Wishes. signed by Morrls and Sally Phillips on 21 December 2007, has been dlstributed to all Trustees for their guidance. The following extract from that document sets out the purposes of the Charitable Trust.. Achlevements, Performance & Publlc Beneflt The Charity has glven careful conslderatlon to the Charlty Commlsslon for Northern Ireland's guidance on public benefit to ensure that the actlvitles entered Into during the year have helped to achleve the Charit¢s objectlves and actlvltles, as well as provldlng publlc beneflt. Flnanclal Revlew The Charity had net outgolngs of £130,956 for the year ended S Aprll 2023. The Trustees conslder that they have sufficient reserves to finance the Charity's operatlng actlvltles goln8 forward. Assessment of Rlsk The Trustee5 have assessed the major risks to which the charity is exposed and are satisfled that systems are In place to mitigate exposure to the major risks. Plans for the future The Trust continuÈs to seek out opportunltles to support Individuals and groups whlch comply with the alms and objectives of the Trust. It plans to remain active and doesn't plan to amend its aims or objectives.
