Dromore Amateurs Football Club Charity Registration Number: NIC 103304 TRUSTEES, ANNUAL REPORT th Year Ending 4 June 2023 The Management Committee (Trustees) present this Report and annexed financial statement for th the year ending 4 June 2023. The Trustees who served up until year end are listed herein. PURPOSE: To promote community participation in healthy recreation by the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure-time activities in the interests of social welfare for the benefit of the general public in the Banbridge and Dromore areas and the environs of Co. Down without distinction of age, gender, sexual orientation ethnic identity, religious or political beliefs or nationality; and in particular educate and assist individuals within the area of benefit through the provision of Association Football facilities and other recreational activities. ACTIVITY: We currently operate several football teams for young people encompassing boys and girls aged from five years upwards and two teams for encompassing men aged from sixteen upwards. We provide facilities for those living in Dromore and the surrounding area for the playing of association football including physical training and health improvement. We a150 provide facilities non-sporting activities, training and workshops, functions and community events. PUBLIC BENEFIT: To promote participation in healthy recreation, particularly local inhabitants of Dromore and its surrounding areas, without distinction of oge, gender, sexual orientation, ethnic identity, religious or political views or nationality by the provision of As50Clation football and other recreational activities. The public benefit from this purpose is the improvement of physical ond mental health levels of those who participate in football and other recreational activities provided by the Club. To advance the physicol (7nd non-physicol education of the local inhabitants of Dromare and surrounding areas through coaching activities and providing facilities for Association football L7nd other sports and recreational activities to develop their physical, soci(71 and mental capacity. The public benefit of this purpose is to increase physical skill levels of participants, such as running, jumping, coordination and non-physical skills such as teamwork. To provide ond (7551st in providing facilities for sport ond recreation to those local inhobitants who have need for such facilities by reason of their poverty or social or economic circumstL7nces. There is no harm flowing from the purposes. The beneficiaries ore the local inhabitants of Dromore and its surrounding areas. There is no private benefit from our purposes the Club charges fees to cover running costs which are reasonable and transparent." We believe that, after reviewing our activity for the year past, the Club continue5 to achieve its stated public benefit.

FINANCIAL REVIEW: The Trustees report that total receipts amounted to £75,200 and total payments amounted to £77,803.99 giving a deficit of £2,603.99 for the year past. It is my responsibility to: examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Commission under section 6519}Ibl of the Charities Act state whether particular matter5 have come to my attention. Basis of independent examiner's report I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and my examination was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65{9){bl of the Charities Act.
