The grants are personally delivered by Trus¢ members in their respective areas. However, we continued to s¢nd th¢m their summ¢r Maint¢n￿¢¢ ant and Ihe Christmas 8rani alott8 With a cbeque ￿ Easter to trcat th¢ms¢lv¢s in what¢v¢r way th¢y f¢lt lik¢ parntKring themselves. Regular phone contact was kept in plxe and the resp)ns¢s ￿¢¢iV¢d in l¢tt¢rs and E.mails acknowled8ed the beDefit of this peT50td stspport. UllfortuThately. we ￿111 have been uttable to hold the aJ￿ul dinner since the pandemic and thi5 was greatly tnissed by those who regularly attended. Fortunately. some of our re8ular contributors were able to return to support our fundraisins durins the past year and hdp r¢pl¢nish our fvnds whicb got 50mewhai depleted tsver the Covid peri(MJ. The attached financial accounts show the amount of donatitstts received from various sour¢e& This varies from ycar to year as does our expense5 but our tsrget ¢a¢h year is now around £6.000 which allows us to caTry Out our main COT¢ activities.
