The company is established for the relief of sickness and for the promotion, protection and preservation of health and wellbeing of people aged 16 and over with chronic mental health illness, to advance education and to relieve financial hardship amongst people suffering from chronic mental health illness in Antrim and its environs of Northern Ireland without distinction of age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnic identity, political or religious opinion, by associating the statutory authorities, community and voluntary organisations in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreational leisure time occupation with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the beneficiaries
