- Consideration of Future Events. To clarify a list of members-small group who could manage- regroup and reframe the PP&PA.
- Financial Accounts Report- FInanS Ellen currently working on accounts and will get them to Keith 35 soon as possible for end of year sign off. Only payouts this year: Deposit paid to Moira for the band - £250. Cheque for £140 for Moira-voucher-Gordon's Chemist raffle 7x£20. Parent Kind annual fee

- New Members. Consideration to be given by all members of the Committee re: recruiting new members Next meeting-Tuesday 11 March 2025- Canal Court Actions Bank signatories need to be changed. Kat & Moira to become signatories and visit the Bank to have the necessary paperwork completed. New roles to be voted / filled as soon as possible (review at March Meeting). Plan to be agreed for the year ahead. Consideration of key event for 2025126 year. Retirement gift to be sent to Denise- flowers to be sent in acknowledgement of her work with PP&PA overthe years.
