8. Consideration of Future Events.
To clarify a list of members-small group who could manage- regroup and reframe the
PP&PA.
9. Financial Accounts Report-

Ellen currently working on accounts and will get them to Keith 35 soon as possible for end of
year sign off.
Only payouts this year:
Deposit paid to Moira for the band - £250.
Cheque for £140 for Moira-voucher-Gordon's Chemist raffle 7x£20.

Bank signatories need to be changed.
Kat & Moira to become signatories and visit the Bank to have the necessary paperwork
completed.
New roles to be voted / filled as soon as possible (review at March Meeting).

Retirement gift to be sent to Denise- flowers to be sent in acknowledgement of her work
with PP&PA overthe years.
