It is my responsibility to; Examine the Accounts under Section 65 of the Cbarittes ACL Follow the procedures laid down in the general directions given by the Commission under Section 65 (9) of the Charities ACL State whether particuIar matters have come to my attethio Basis of Independent EX￿￿]￿er'S OPiDiOn. I have examin￿ your Charity Accounts as requir￿ under Section 65 of the Clwities given by the Clwity Commission for Northern Ireland uTrler section 65 (9) of the Chariti¢s Act. My exami￿On included a review of the accounting records kept by the Charity and a comparison ot.the Accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the A¢￿Unts and seeking explanations from you as ChaTity Tn￿eeS concerning any such matters.
