I report on the Ac￿Ullts of the Charity for the year ended 31" March 2023
As the Charity Tntstees you are res￿)nSible for the preparation of the A￿￿nts in
accordance with the ChaTities Act (Northern Ireland) 2(K>8.
It is my responsibility to;
Examine the Accounts under Section 65 of the Cbarittes ACL
Follow the procedures laid down in the general directions given by the
Commission under Section 65 (9) of the Charities ACL
State whether particuIar matters have come to my attethio

I have examin￿ your Charity Accounts as requir￿ under Section 65 of the Clwities
given by the Clwity Commission for Northern Ireland uTrler section 65 (9) of the
Chariti¢s Act.
My exami￿On included a review of the accounting records kept by the Charity and
a comparison ot.the Accounts presented with those records. It also included
consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the A¢￿Unts and seeking
explanations from you as ChaTity Tn￿eeS concerning any such matters.
My roll is to state whether any material matters have come to my attention giving me
cause to believe;
(l) That accounting ￿COrdS were not kept in accordance with sectAon 65 of the
Charities Act
(2) That the Accounts do not a￿Ord with those accounting records.
(3) That the Accounts do not comply with the accountiDg reqUITr￿ of the
Clwitics ACL
(4) That there is further infornwtion needd for a proper understandin8 of the
Accounts to be reached.
