Trevor Lockhart Treasurer. Joan Cardwell PURPOSES Bawn Youth Club was established to promote the benefrt of young people in The Bawn and surrounding area.within the South Tyrone area of Mid Ulster District Council. The objectives to improve the conditions of life for these young people by way of providing leisure time activrf(ies so as to develop their physical, mental and emotional well being so that they may grow to full maturty as individuals and members of society. The Charity's objects ("Objects") are specifically restricted to the following.. All young people betsveen the age of four years to seventeen years and to individual members over the age of 18. BENEFICIARIES The young people of Bawn Youth Club have all beneffted by way of youth club activrties within the Bawn Hall during the year. Youth club aGtivities take place in the hall on a weekly basis This year virtually all of the Youth Club activrties centred in the vicinty of the Bawn Hall They also enjoyed a Christmas Party with all the trappings of Christmas fayre. ACTIVITIES As stated above .. the yOLrth club remained very active throughout the year. Most of the activities took place in the hall and under the required supervision. The young people enjoyed all those artivities asstxiated wtth youltt clubs. That is .'table tennis, voltey ball, board and table games, as well as indoor f¢Jotball. In addition we took the youth club members on an outing to Lagan Valley Leisure Centre. They also enjoyed a Christmas paty with all of the usual Christmas fayre. ACHIEVEMENTS HOW MAIN ACTIVITIES HAVE BENEFITED BENEFICIARIES We as a management committee are satisfied we have the delivered the objectives to our beneficiaries. All of these benefits are activrty related wtth no finan￿al gap to anyone. We acknowledge and appreciate our sources of income which was mainly grant aid from youth Se￿ICe of the Education Authorty and as set OLrt in our accounts.

The committee at all times have had regard for the Public Benefft Guidance as issued by the Charity Commission (Nl) in all decisions where the guidance was relevant. Finan￿al wsition has been rnaintained in accordance with guidelines as set out in our constitution. FINANCIAL REVIEW AT END OF YEAR FINANCIAL POSITION AT END OF YEAR.'Our treasurer is meticulous ensuring no improprieties. As can be seen we have a very limited cash flow and all monies reGeived 18 ultimately for the benefit of our youth club members. We have no outstanding debts or liabiltlies at the erKI of the financial year. It is our policy to utilise all moneys before the ef￿ of the financial year (3111212016) and only maintain a minimal balance in the accourrt at year end. RESTRICTIONS ON WHO CAN BENEFIT There are no restrictions on who can benefft apart from age range. We do not charge any fees. There are no charges to access any everrts or serrfices. There are no restridions based on personal Gharacteristics. PUBLIC BENEFIT The direct beneffts which flow from The Club have contributed to improving the condttions of life for all of our youth dub members who are admitted in compliance with section 75. Other Benefits included ..educational, and personal development through engaging and leading in all of the various youth club activities.. PRIVATE BENEFIT There is no private benefft to any indmdual. HARM No hami has flowed from any of our PurrKws. SERIOUS INCIDENT REPORTING There are no serious incidents to report. VULNERABLE BENFICIARIES Appropriate Polictes, Procedures and Training are in plao such as Child Protedion Policy. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE The Trustees have complied with their duty to have due regard to the Charity Commission Nl's Public Benefit Guidance vthen exercising any p(Mer5 or duties to which the guidance is relevant.
