2.1 The Group is established for the benefit of the community in Northern Ireland by the advancement of education and the relief of poverty, sickness and distress and any other charitable purpose and in particular, to provide in Rosemount and surrounding district in County Derry legal services , and welfare rights information to people , who because of their lack of means, could not otherwise afford such services.
