S.T.E.P.S. is a user-led community based mentsl health organisation which provides a much needed self help progrdmme for those suffering from mcntsl health issues. One•tfrODe counselling servirxs. facilitated enx)tional support group therapy* structured sessions iti rel&xatioffj educational sessions using cds and tapes. access to published rcsour¢es enwTing provision of accurate inforn￿tIo￿ 24 hour out of hours telepbone support service. signposting service for users to aid pro￿10 B) Volunteers: tn this period 9 service users gained the necessary qualifications in order to a55iSt delivery of the various services within th¢ programme. These volunteers contributed a totsl of b¢tween 2 and 5 hours per week supporting clients and menttKrs of the voluntsry team. Financial Review: The year ending March 2019 shows the Income & Expenditure to be a positive outcome, but with room for further fundraising to enable to resource funds for ￿tUre endeavours. S.T.E.P.S. n￿ltita1ned their financi￿ tsrgets for this period and expended reSoUr￿S ¢ffectively. The outtook for the fithwe looked good with new funding bodies having been identified.
