TRUSTEES ANNUAL REPORT for Gransha Hall Management Committee for the year January 2023 to December 2023 The trustees present their Trustees, Annual Report prepa￿d in accordance with Charities SORP (effective January 2015) and the independently examined statements for the year ended 2023. Structure. Governance and Management Gransha Hall Management Committee is governed by its Constitution that was adopted on 20th May 2016. The trustees at the date of this report and those who sepded during the financial year together with the dates of any changes as set out are listed below. Reserves Policy Gransha Hall Management Committee have a Reserves Policy, which requires that reseNes are built or maintained at a level which ensures that the organisations core activities could continue during a period of unforeseen difficulty and that the organisations known liabilities will be paid should the organisation cease to trade. Future Plans Gransha Hall Management Committee plan to (i) identify further educational and social needs in the area of benefit; (li) continue fundraising to build up reseNes and (iii) continue to focus on controlling costs, while maintaining the high standards of service to our beneficiaries. STATEMENT OF TRUSTEES, RESPONSIBILITIES for the year ended 31st December 2023 The Trustees are responsible for preparing the financial statements in accordan￿ with applicable law and regulations, The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charity and to enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with all appropriate regulations. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence for tsking reasonable steps for the prevention and delection of fraud and other irregularities, In so far as the trustees are aware.. there is no relevant information (information needed by the charity's independent examiner in connection with preparing the independent examiners report) of which the charity's independent examiner is unaware, and the trustees have taken all the steps that they ought to have taken to make themselves aware of any relevant independent examiner information and to establish that the charity's independent examiner is aware of that information.
