The trustees present their Trustees, Annual Report prepa￿d in accordance with Charities
SORP (effective January 2015) and the independently examined statements for the year
ended 2023.
Structure. Governance and Management
Gransha Hall Management Committee is governed by its Constitution that was adopted on
20th May 2016.
The trustees at the date of this report and those who sepded during the financial year
together with the dates of any changes as set out are listed below.

Objectives and Activities
Objectives
The charity's purposes ('the purposes ) are.. 3.1 to advance citizenship or community
development for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Gransha area of County Fermanagh
and the surrounding area (hereinafter called the "area of benefit") insofar as is exclusively
charitable (and without distinction of age, gender, sexuality, nationality, ethnic origin,
political or religious opinion)
Key Activities in this Year
The activities of the organisation continue to be an Indoor Bowling Club, musical tuition for
flute and drums for all age groups, social and recreational events for all age groups in the
area, meeting venue for local people for evening classes for example local history and
culture and venue for an educational class provided by Rural Support entitled "Coping with
the Pressures of Farming

Gransha Hall Management Committee is non-profit making with an excess income over
expenditure of £471.23 for the year 2023. Heat, light and water expenses continue to
increase.
The hall facility continues to draw Income by means of other organisations hiring the
building for social events. The trustees continue to manage ￿sOurceS in an efficient and
sustainable manner.
Reserves Policy
Gransha Hall Management Committee have a Reserves Policy, which requires that
reseNes are built or maintained at a level which ensures that the organisations core
activities could continue during a period of unforeseen difficulty and that the organisations
known liabilities will be paid should the organisation cease to trade.
Future Plans
Gransha Hall Management Committee plan to (i) identify further educational and social
needs in the area of benefit; (li) continue fundraising to build up reseNes and (iii) continue
to focus on controlling costs, while maintaining the high standards of service to our
beneficiaries.
STATEMENT OF TRUSTEES, RESPONSIBILITIES
for the year ended 31st December 2023
The Trustees are responsible for preparing the financial statements in accordan￿ with
applicable law and regulations,
The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which
disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the
charity and to enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with
all appropriate regulations. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the
charity and hence for tsking reasonable steps for the prevention and delection of fraud and
other irregularities,
In so far as the trustees are aware..
there is no relevant information (information needed by the charity's independent
examiner in connection with preparing the independent examiners report) of which
the charity's independent examiner is unaware, and
the trustees have taken all the steps that they ought to have taken to make
themselves aware of any relevant independent examiner information and to establish
that the charity's independent examiner
is aware of that information.
