Inter-Ethnic Forum (Mid And East Antrim) Independent Examiner's Report to the trnstees of Inter-Ethnic Forum (Mid And East Antrim) ('the Company,) I report to the charity trustees on my examination of the accounts of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2023. Responsibilities and basis of report As the charity's trustees of Inter-Ethnic Forum (Mid And East Antrim) (and also its directors for the purposes of company law) you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 ('the 2006 Act.). Having satisfied myself that the a¢¢ounts of Inl¢r-Ethnic Forum (Mid And East Antrim) are not required to audit¢d und¢r Part 16 of th¢ 2006 Act and ar¢ ¢ligiblc for indcp¢ndcnt ¢xaminalion. I r¢port in r¢sp￿t of my ¢xamination of your charity's a¢¢ounts as Carrial out undcr S¢Ciion 65 of thc Charitic% Act (Northcrn Ircland) 2008. Basis of independent examiner's report My examination was carried out in accordance with ihe general Directions given by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters. Independent examiner's statement I have completed my examination. I Conf￿ that no matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe" accounting records were not kept in respect of Inier-Ethnic Forum (Mid And East Antrim) as required by section 386 of the 2006 Act- or 2. the accounts do not accoTd with ththse reLord5' or 3. the aLLounts do not covnply with the accounting requirements of section 396 of the 2006 Act otheT than any requirement that the accounts give a 'true and fair view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination; or 4. the accounts have not been prepared in accordance with the meth4Jls and principles of the Statement of Recommended Practice for accounting and reporting by charities [applicable to charities preparing iheir accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102)].
