The Company is established for the advancement of education and for the promotion of good relations between and among minority ethnic communities and the indigenous population (hereinafter referred to as 'the beneficiaries') in County Antrim and its environs of Northern Ireland (hereinafter referred to as 'the area of benefit') and in particular: a) To promote awareness of and educate people about cultural matters in general and specifically about cultural diversity within Northern Ireland for the benefit of the general public in the area of benefit; b) To promote the advancement of education among minority ethnic people and communities in the area of benefit; c) To promote awareness among the general public in Northern Ireland of cultural diversity; d) To provide educational and recreational facilities and programmes for the benefit of ethnic minority communities and the general public in Northern Ireland.
