For the reporting period the trustees were responsible for the activities of The Cromie Institute. These trustees are nominated by Portstewart Presbyterian Church and by Agherton Church of Ireland.

All trustees receive no remuneration.

During the reporting period income received as dividend from capital investment with the Northern Ireland Central Investment Fund for Charities amounted to £3274.

In line with the aims of the charity small grants were awarded to a total of 23 groups in the Portstewart area. These groups represented a wide range of activities and age ranges within our local area. The grants awarded range in value from £50 to £300 and totalled £4350. This amount contains grants relating to 2022/23 and early payments for 2023/24.

The only running costs for the period were a contribution of £25 to Agherton Parish for the use of their meeting room and £25 to the secretary for expenses.
