Independent examinerfs statement As the charity's gro income exceeded £250,000 your examlner must be a member of a body Ilsted In section 145 of the 2011 Act. I confirm that l am qualilied to undertake the examination by being a qualified member of MAAT. I have completed my examination. I can confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection wilh the examination gNing me cause to believe that In any materlal respect: • the accountlno records were not kept in respect ol the charity as required by section 130 of the Act; or • the financial ￿atemen1S do not accord with Ihose records; or the Ilnancial statements do not compty wlth the applicable requirements concernlng the form and content of f inancial statements sel oul in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the financial statements gNe a'true and lair, view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examinatlon.
