I report to the trustees on my examination of the financial statements of Ardoyne Youth Club for the year
ended 31 March 2024.

As the charityts Irustees you are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements in accordance
with Ihe requirements of th8 Charities Act 2011 (Ihe Aci,).
I report in respect ol my examination of Ihe charity* financial Statements carried out underseclion 145 01
the 2011 Aci aTrd in carrying oul my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the
Charlly Commlsslon under seclion 145{5)(b) ol the Act.

As the charity's gro
income exceeded £250,000 your examlner must be a member of a body Ilsted In
section 145 of the 2011 Act. I confirm that l am qualilied to undertake the examination by being a qualified
member of MAAT.
I have completed my examination. I can confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in
connection wilh the examination gNing me cause to believe that In any materlal respect:
• the accountlno records were not kept in respect ol the charity as required by section 130 of the Act; or
• the financial ￿atemen1S do not accord with Ihose records; or
the Ilnancial statements do not compty wlth the applicable requirements concernlng the form and
content of f inancial statements sel oul in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other
than any requirement that the financial statements gNe a'true and lair, view which is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examinatlon.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which
attention Should be drawn in this report in orderto enable a proper understanding of the financial
statements to be reached.
