The object of Edgarstown Residents Association (ERA) shall be to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the area without distinction of age, sex, race, political, religious or other opinions, by associating with the statutory authorities, voluntary organizations and inhabitants in a common effort to:

Achievements and Performance

The Community House, staff and volunteers are busy 6 days/ nights per week delivering various programmes. In addition, communication continues with the statutory agencies to make Edgarstown a better place to live.

The PYDP project secured funding of £112’133.00 in June 2023 from IFI for a new cohort of the personal youth development programme which is being invested in the area to engage with 15 young people aged 16-25 years from 6 PUL housing estates over the next 18 months.

We are delighted to have been successful in securing funds from the Education Authority this year to support the weekly afterschool’s and drop in provision and also a programme of summer intervention.

Financial Review

Fuding has increased this year from £148’230.92 to £167’153.09 This includes funding secured from Housing Executive, IFI, ACBCBC, Education Authority, Asset Recovery Community Scheme and Verve. Payments have also increased from £130’185.8 to £153’564.48. Other than cash held in hand or at bank, this charity has no other assets or liabilities.
