Achlevaments and perforniance The charity continued to Operate throughoui tha year and meet the objectivas that it was set up to achieve as listed above. Flnanclal rovlew Revlew of the Buslness The Company is non-profit making with a net deficit of £6.044 for the year. The management continue to be engaged in ongoing efflenCy savings and is aware of the sustalnable use of resources. Reservo3 Pollcy The trustees of Glendurragh Childcare Services Llmtted have set a reserves pollcy which requlre that reserves be maintained at a level which ensures that the charivs core activity could contlnue during a period of unforeseen drflicultly and to assist in the future strategic development of the organlsation. The trustees have agreed that the Charity should endeavour to hold reservo8 at an amount not lo38 than £50,000 in an effort to minimise the risks Klent1fd by the charty.
