Respeetlve responslbilltles of trustees and examiner The Chariry's truslees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the Charilies Act (Northern Ireland) 2008, It is my responsibility as Ind¢p¢nd¢nt Examiner to.. examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act. follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Commission under section 65(9)(b) of the Charilies Act. state whelher particular matters have come to my atteniion. Basis of Independent ¢xamin¢r's $tatement I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and my examination was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act. My examinalion included a review of ihe accounting records kepi by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also included con5iderdtion of any unusual iiems or dtsclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as Charity Irustees concerning any such mdtters. My role is lo state whether any material matters have come lo my attention giving m¢ ¢aus¢ to believe: That accounting records were not kepi in accordance with seclion 63 of the Charities Act. That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records. That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requiremenis of the Charities Act. 4. That there is further inforniation needed for a proper understhnding of the accounts to be reached. Independent examiner's stalement I have completed my examinaiion and have no concerns in respecl of the matlers ( l ) to (4) listed above and. in connection with follow'ing the Directions of the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland, I have found no matters thai require drawing to your attention.
