To advance the education of those persons resident in the Carnagh area in the skills, arts and science of music performed by traditional accordion bands. To promote and educate the public in the musical arts, with particular reference to the music presented by accordion bands, by means of performances and other related activities, keeping the traditions of accordion banding alive in the surrounding area.
