Activities

The Trust is established for the advancement of Christianity, the advancement of education and the promotion the benefit of young people aged 5-18 in particular but not exclusively (hereinafter called “the beneficiaries”) in Northern Ireland (hereinafter called the “area of benefit”) without distinction of age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnic identity, political or religious opinion and in particular: 3.1.1 to advance and promote the Christian faith for the benefit of young people in particular but not exclusively in the area of benefit through evangelism and the provision of biblically based teaching, discipleship training, meetings, bible studies, clubs, classroom support and social activities and in such other ways as the Trustees may from time to time decide in accordance with the statement of faith annexed hereto in Schedule 2 3.1.2 to advance the education of children and young people aged 5-18] through their educational and leisure activities so as to develop their spiritual, physical, mental and emotional capacities in such ways and in such parts of Northern Ireland as the Trustees may from time to time think fit; 3.1.3 to recruit, select, and send out volunteers for both short and long term apprenticeships, training and service within the area of benefit in partnership with local churches; 3.1.4 to encourage new, and strengthen existing, partnerships with churches and evangelical groups in the area of benefit in an effort to enable local churches to support local school communities in the religious education and spiritual development of pupils; 3.1.5 to advance any other exclusively charitable purpose as the trustees, may from time to time, decide in accordance with the law of charity.
