Provide or assist in the provision of sports training for the beneficiaries. 2. Provide opportunities for the beneficiaries to participate in Special Olympics competition at loGal, regional, national and international level. 3. Assist the beneficiaries by the provision of social and leisure opportunities and by helping to increase public awareness of the needs arKI capabilities of the beneficiaries with the object of improving their conditions of life. Our club offers weekly training sessions in the following sports" Bor. swimrhing and Athletics. Each athlete receives a free dub polo shirt upon registration. For competiti6ns athletes or teams are grouped in divisions to ensure fair competition and each athlete or team is recognised for hislher performance kith medals awarded for first through to third place and ribbons for fotsh through to eight places. Ages range fonn 8 years up to 50 years old. The club usually participates in the following sports throughout the year, Bocce, swimming and most rentlY Athletics.
