Church leadership tcam5 are benefitted by developing hands on skills in monitoring and Supporting potetitially dangerous individuals. whil¢ ensuring that all available protections are in place for vuln¢r&ble church memb¢rs and children. The offender5 themselves benefit throu8h engagement with support& sometimes with their own families, which giv¢s them a stake in society and inhibits reoffending. Reintegrating these lower risk offenders into a congregation whose leaders are prepared and inforned con51itut¢s a considerable public b¢fit.
