The objethves of the PTA are to advan￿ the eaucatron ot the pupils by providing and assisting In the provision of facilities for education at the schcol (not normally provided by the local eduixtion authority), to foster more extended relationships belween the staff, parents, pupils and olhers associated with the school; and engage in aclivrties which support and advano the education of the pupils atteriding it. In deciding which activtties to run this year. the PTA members have considered the guidanc8 issued by the charty commission and want to balance the need to have events that woutd raise funds for the tharty to enable us to meet our objectives ststed above.
