The Company is established for the relief of poverty, the advancement of education and to promote the preservation of health in Cote d'lvoire, West Africa (hereinafter called the "area of benefit") who are suffering from the effects of adverse social and economic circumstances (hereinafter called "the beneficiaries") and in particular: a) to maintain and manage a centre or centres in the area of benefit for activities promoted by the company (hereinafter called "the Centre"). b) to train the beneficiaries in sustainable trades through teaching skills in manufacture and repair, project management and accountancy; c) to provide educational facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said people; d) the recruitment, selection and sending out of volunteers for short term service overseas.
