Basls of Independent examlner's report I have examined your charity accounts as require¢J under seclion 65 of the Charities Act and rny examination was carried out in accordan￿ with the general Directions given by the Charity Commlsslon for Northem I￿land under seth'on 65(9){b) of the Charities Act My eXamin￿10n induded a review of the accountlng records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presenled wlth those records. It also include(J consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the attounts, and seeking explanations from you as charity trustees conceming any such matters. That the accounts do nol accord with those accounting records 3. That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Charities Act 4.
