As the charitys trustees you are responslble for the preparation of the accounts in accordan￿ with the
Chanties Act (Northem Ireland) 2008.
It is my responsibllity to:
examine the accounts undef section 65 of the Charities Act
follow the procedures latd down in the general Directions given by the Commission under
section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act
state whether parts'cular matters have come to my attention.

I have examined your charity accounts as require¢J under seclion 65 of the Charities Act and rny
examination was carried out in accordan￿ with the general Directions given by the Charity Commlsslon
for Northem I￿land under seth'on 65(9){b) of the Charities Act
My eXamin￿10n induded a review of the accountlng records kept by the charity and a comparison of the
accounts presenled wlth those records. It also include(J consideration of any unusual items or
disclosures in the attounts, and seeking explanations from you as charity trustees conceming any such
matters.
My roFe is to stste whether any material matters have come to my attention gNing me cause to belleve:
1. That accounting records were not kept in accordance wlth section 63 of the Charities Act
2. That the accounts do nol accord with those accounting records
3. That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Charities Act
4. That there is fvrther information needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached

I have cornpleted my examlnalion and have no concerns in respect of the matters (1) to (4) Ilsted atx)ve
and, in connection with following the Directions of the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland. I have
found no matters Ihat require drawing to your attention.
