FAUGHANVALE COMMUNITY PROJECT LIMITED INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES OF FAUGHANVALE COMMUNITY PROJECT LIMITED We report to the trustees on our examination of the financial statements of Faughanvale Community Project Limited (the charity) for the year ended 31 March 2024. Responsibilities and basis of Trport As the trustees of the charity (and also its directors for the purposes of company law) you are responsible for the preparation of the finan￿al statements in accordance with the requirements of the Companies 2006 (the 2006 Act). Having satisfied ourselves Ihal Ihe financial statements of the charty are not required to be audited under Part 16 of the 2006 Act and are eligible for independenl examination, we report in respect of our examination of the charity's financial slalements carried OLrt under section 65 of the Charities Acl. In carrying out our examination we have followed all the applicable Directions gsven by the Charty Commission for Northem Ireland under section 65(9){b) of the Charities Acl.
