INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT
TO THE TRUSTEES OF FAUGHANVALE COMMUNITY PROJECT LIMITED
We report to the trustees on our examination of the financial statements of Faughanvale Community Project
Limited (the charity) for the year ended 31 March 2024.
Responsibilities and basis of Trport
As the trustees of the charity (and also its directors for the purposes of company law) you are responsible for
the preparation of the finan￿al statements in accordance with the requirements of the Companies 2006
(the 2006 Act).
Having satisfied ourselves Ihal Ihe financial statements of the charty are not required to be audited under Part
16 of the 2006 Act and are eligible for independenl examination, we report in respect of our examination of the
charity's financial slalements carried OLrt under section 65 of the Charities Acl. In carrying out our examination
we have followed all the applicable Directions gsven by the Charty Commission for Northem Ireland under
section 65(9){b) of the Charities Acl.
Independent examinerfs statement
We have completed our examination. We confirm that no matters have come to our attention in connection
with the examination giwng LES cause to believe that in any material respect..
accounting records were not kepl in respect of the charity as required by section 386 of the 2006 Act. or
the financial stalements do not accord with those records-. or
the financial statements do not compty wrth the accounting requirements of section 396 of the 2006 Act
other than any requirement that the accounts give a true and fair view which is not a matter considered as
part of an independent examination.. or
the financial statements have not been prepared in accordance with the methods and principles of the
Statement of Recommended Practice for accounting and reporting by charilies applicable lo charities
preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Slandard applicable in the UK and
Republic of Ireland IFRS 102).
We have no concerns and have come across no other mallers in connection with the examination lo which
attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the financial slalements lo
be reached.
